RESERVATION AND CUT OFF DATE:
Room reservations can be made by calling the Hotel directly at (310) 645-2200 on and before Thursday, June 30, 2016 which is the cut-off date. Ask for the “WEST COAST CHALLENGE” Room Block indicating which city you are from to receive the special group rate above. After the cut-off date, the group rates and inventory will no longer be available.

We will be opening the tables for practice on the Thursday night July 7 at 5:00pm. We will also have a tournament to be scheduled at 7:00 PM format TBD. We will have 10 TABLES for the event!
- THURSDAY NIGHT TOURNAMENT
We will be having an 8-Ballon Thursday night. Tables will open for practice at 5:00 PM and will accept entries up to 7:00 PM then start the tournament which is open to all. Entry fee is $12.00 with PRIZE$ FOR 1st, 2nd & 3rd place. More information will go out via email.
