Week Nine

Dear Members,

As we enter week 10 of play, team Rick’s Picks continues at the top with a five game lead over current second place Stroke of Genius. Following in very close third and fourth and only separated by one game are Gold Coast 14 and Urban Tribe. Feeling “Russ-less” is in close fifth place. It is still very fluid and quite open as to which teams will finish in the top positions during regular season play. On the individual player’s side, Dustin Louie continues at the top of the pack with a .792 average, followed by Brian Lo Truglio and Jose Torres, both at .750. On the women’s side, Lori Perry is currently in the lead with a .708 average followed by April Garcia with a .639 (This is April’s first season with the LAPL), and Maria Ritner with .556. Let’s see how it all shakes out after week 10.

Upcoming Tournaments to mark on your calendar are: Junior/Senior Tournament on April 19 at Trunks; the Hi/Lo on May 3 (Location to be announced); and the Last Chance Qualifier on May 17 at Trunks.
